1935: Son Johann Höfinger joins the company and starts with gift-items
1939-1945: Johann Höfinger is soldier, his wife Berta runs the business
1946: New start, Johann Höfinger produces gift-items for the American soldiers
New company-name DREIPUNKT
1950: The German economic miracle starts. Production of eye-catchers and deco-articles for the German showcases
1958: First vacuum-moulding-machine and injection-moulding-machine.
Production of deco - and giftitems. 30 workers
1961: booths at the Nuernberg Toy Fair and the Francfurt Fairs
1962: Rental of a big production building * installation of many plastic machines
1964: Start of the production of decorative gift- and decoration articles
1968: The mailorder-customers are more and more important. Production for all big mailorder-brands in Germany
1974: New warehouse south of Munich, 1.500 sqm

1978: Expansion of the warehouse to 2.500qm
1978: Grandson Hans-Peter Höfinger takes-over the company
1978: First travel to Taiwan and Hongkong
1979: First travel to China together with spouse Monika Höfinger

1984 Opening of our Hong Kong office, contacts to Korea, Japan, Taiwan and Hongkong
1984: Expansion of the warehouse to 4.500sqm
1989: Fourth expansion of the warehouse to 7.500sqm

1990: China opens, opening a buying office in Hongkong together with a HK-partner
1990: Fall of the wall - first booth at the first free fair in Leipzig
1990: Installation of a modern Nixdorf computer system.
1990: DREIPUNKT joins the fairs at all big cities in Germany, Paris, Milan, Bern, Zurich,
Salzburg and all local fairs in Germany

1996: The warehouses are too small, move to big warehouse in Munich with 12.000 palett parking places
1997: DREIPUNKT is one of the top suppliers in Germany, 65 workers, 3.000 customers
1997: DREIPUNKT is member of the "Christmas-World-group". Start of a returnal-system
The turnover doubles in a short time
1999: The returnal-idea causes big problems, the company goes bancrupt.
2000: New start with new name Xmas-and-more and new system.
Returnal to the warehouse in Otterfing, delivery only to big customers, no warehouse in Europe, production only order-related
from 2009: We produce only products with own design, no trade, no purchase
from 2012: Xmas-and-more starts production also for special customers with customer design and customer packing.
2014: Joint-venture with a company in Czech Republic for packaging and assembly
2019: Joint-venture with a company in CZ for the production of Easter-colours.
2022: The great-granddaughter of the founder Kathrin WIMMER takes-over the company
2025: The production includes about 2.500 articles and hundreds of customer special products as well as about 500 Copyright-designs and tools.
